Gentle yoga class and gratitude journaling
This yoga class will bring the official end to my 100 Streets Challenge. We will use gentle movement and meditation to wind down and relax our bodies, and end the class with gratitude journaling and a few moments of stillness. Your experience will be guided by your own body and what it needs, and everyone is welcome to join. No yoga experience necessary! I'll be there as your guide to support you. Gentle yoga class: grounding the nervous system
Everyone is welcome to this gentle yin yoga class live on zoom, where we will practice grounding our nervous systems through meditation and movement. RSVP to sign up, and I’ll send you a zoom link before the class. This class is in support of an inspiring local charity: Support in Mind Scotland. They do amazing work supporting people whose mental health problems have a significant impact on their lives and the lives of those around them. I'll guide you through a grounding meditation, mindful movement, and into gentle yin yoga poses which are held for longer than in a traditional yoga class. Your experience will be guided by your own body and what it needs, and I’ll be there to support you on your journey. If you would like to donate to Support in Mind Scotland after the class it would be really appreciated - I will share a link soon. But please know that you are also welcome to come for free.
