Dreaming of sharing somatic, inclusive, trauma sensitive yoga classes in Newcastle

I’m Georgia, and my dream is to make yoga more inclusive, accessible, and trauma sensitive. I teach gentle, restorative, and yin yoga classes from Newcastle. Weaving in meditation and journaling, I pair each class with a unique playlist of restful music. My classes are very somatic. At its essence, somatic yoga encourages coming into our bodies and following our intuition. I like to call this ‘bodyfulness’.

I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training with Authentic Flow Tribe in October 2020, alongside 50 hours of training in Embodied Yin Yoga. I also completed a 10 hour Trauma Training for Yoga Teachers training with Trauma Therapy Manchester in July 2021.


I’m a Yoga Teacher member of Yoga Alliance Professionals. They are a not-for-profit, internationally recognised Professional Teaching Network.
