Gentle yoga class and gratitude journaling

FreeThis yoga class will bring the official end to my 100 Streets Challenge. We will use gentle movement and meditation to wind down and relax our bodies, and end the class with gratitude journaling and a few moments of stillness.
Your experience will be guided by your own body and what it needs, and everyone is welcome to join. No yoga experience necessary! I’ll be there as your guide to support you.
