Gentle yoga class: grounding the nervous system

FreeEveryone is welcome to this gentle yin yoga class live on zoom, where we will practice grounding our nervous systems through meditation and movement. RSVP to sign up, and I’ll send you a zoom link before the class.
This class is in support of an inspiring local charity: Support in Mind Scotland. They do amazing work supporting people whose mental health problems have a significant impact on their lives and the lives of those around them.
I’ll guide you through a grounding meditation, mindful movement, and into gentle yin yoga poses which are held for longer than in a traditional yoga class.
Your experience will be guided by your own body and what it needs, and I’ll be there to support you on your journey.
If you would like to donate to Support in Mind Scotland after the class it would be really appreciated – I will share a link soon. But please know that you are also welcome to come for free. My dream is to make yoga more inclusive and accessible, so I hope that finances will never be a barrier to you here.
