Autumn yin yoga class: finding light in dark nights

FreeJoin me for one of my new monthly yoga classes with Support in Mind Scotland. They’ll be on Sunday evenings, during the last week of every month 🙂
This Sunday’s class on the 1st of November will be centred around Autumn time. As we move into the darker nights, it can be easy to fall out of our regular practices. We’ll spend some time reconnecting with ourselves and following what our bodies need.
I’ll guide you through some gentle yin yoga poses, which are held for longer than in a traditional yoga class. Yin yoga gives us the time and space to be with ourselves and notice the movement in stillness.
We will also invite a little movement and light into the class, to help us embody our breath and especially our lungs. Lets take some time to sense into our breath and let it flow.
As always your experience will be guided by your own body and what it needs, and everyone is welcome to join – no yoga experience necessary! I’ll be there as your guide to support you on your journey.
