Disclaimer
The content, services, and offerings provided by Inner Sanctuary with Georgia Kate are intended for general wellness, relaxation, and personal growth purposes only. Please read the following carefully before engaging with any meditations, sound healing sessions, courses, or energy work.
Not a Substitute for Professional Care
Guided meditations, sound healing, and energy work are complementary wellness practices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any physical or mental health condition. They do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare provider. If you have any concerns about your physical or mental health, please consult a doctor, therapist, or other licensed professional.
Personal Responsibility
You are fully responsible for your own wellbeing and for any choices you make before, during, and after participating in any offering. Inner Sanctuary with Georgia Kate assumes no liability for any injury, discomfort, or adverse effect that may arise from the use of our content or services. By engaging with this work, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk.
Sound Healing & Energy Work
Sound healing and energy work are subjective, experiential practices. Individual responses vary, and no specific outcome is guaranteed. These practices are spiritual and energetic in nature and are not grounded in conventional medical science. If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, suffer from sound-sensitive epilepsy, or have any condition that may be affected by sound frequencies, please seek professional guidance before participating.
No Guarantees
While many people find deep value in these practices, results are personal and cannot be guaranteed. Testimonials or shared experiences represent individual outcomes and should not be taken as typical or assured for everyone.
Minors
Our offerings are designed for adults. If you choose to share any meditation or healing content with a minor, you accept full responsibility for their engagement and any effects thereof.
Refunds & Digital Purchases
All meditations, courses, and downloadable recordings are digital products delivered instantly by email. Because of their immediate and personal nature, all digital sales are final and refunds cannot be offered once a purchase has been completed. If you have any difficulty accessing your files, please contact me and I will personally make sure you receive them.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, purchasing a product, booking a session, or participating in any live event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this disclaimer in full. By completing a purchase you confirm that you accept these terms, including the no-refund policy for digital products.
